ReBerTH SkinCare™ was created with intention, integrity, and lived experience.

As Founder and CEO, I built this company from both knowledge and necessity—guided by tradition, shaped by experience, and grounded in care.

ReBerTH SkinCare™ is a Black woman-owned brand committed to creating thoughtful formulations using plant-based, naturally derived ingredients. Every product is designed to support all skin types, with a conscious awareness of melanin-rich skin and the care it deserves.

This is not just skincare.
This is care with purpose.

Our Story

 

Before it became a brand, it was a practice.

Renée’s journey began watching her grandmother create skincare from scratch in the kitchen—blending ingredients with intention and care. What started as curiosity became a lasting connection to formulation and self-made care.

As a young adult, her passion deepened through experience within the beauty industry. But her most important lessons remained at home.

When three of her children were diagnosed with mild atopic dermatitis (eczema), she returned to what she knew—gentle, intentional formulations rooted in her grandmother’s teachings. She began creating products for her family, focusing on simplicity, effectiveness, and trust in what was being used on their skin.

In 2018, a life-altering moment shifted everything. One of her children was diagnosed with cancer. That experience deepened her commitment to understanding the connection between what we use, what we consume, and how we care for the body as a whole.

What followed was not a trend—it was a continuation.

Years of research.
Years of formulation.
Years of intentional creation.

In 2021, with encouragement from family and community, ReBerTH SkinCare™ was introduced to the public. While the brand officially launched that year, the work behind it spans over 25 years of study, practice, and lived experience.

ReBerTH is not where we started.
It is what we chose to build.
